A: Durham, North Carolina
Q: What’s your educational background prior to residency?
A: I completed my bachelor’s degrees in integrative physiology and business at the University of Colorado – Boulder and obtained my MD from the Robert Larner, MD College of Medicine at the University of Vermont.
Q: Why did you choose the University of Wisconsin emergency medicine residency program?
A: I wanted to live in Madison, and I was very impressed by the clinical opportunities and the robust Med Flight program.
Q: What are some of your medical interests?
A: Sports medicine, Med Flight, aerospace medicine
Q: What job would you do if you weren’t a physician?
A: Pilot
Q: What activities keep you busy and grounded outside of work?
A: Soccer, cooking, skiing, fishing, learning outdoor activities, fused and stained glass art, woodworking
