Dr. Mand completed her medical degree at the University of Michigan. She then went on to complete her emergency medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati where she served as chief resident during her final year. She continued her training at the University of Cincinnati for her ultrasound fellowship. Aside from her interests in resident education, resident mentorship, and clinical ultrasound, she looks forward to continuing to explore ways to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within the residency and department.

Outside of work, Dr. Mand loves traveling internationally and trying new cuisines, and her guilty pleasure is horrible reality TV shows.
